Exchange and returns

By purchasing goods in stores from Sellers on the Chiezie platform, the User understands that he/she enters into a sales contract directly with the Seller, and not with the Chiezie platform.

Payment for purchased goods, services and delivery goes directly to the Seller. All rights and obligations under the sales contract exist only between the User and the Seller, including with respect to the exchange and return policy of goods.

Thus, the User wishing to return or exchange the Goods is obliged to contact the Seller directly with the specified requirement.

 



The User returns the Goods to the Seller in the cases and in the manner stipulated by the legislation of the given country. The data of the Sellers of Goods is provided to the User in the interface for placing an Order on the Service, and is also sent by e-mail along with the confirmation of the Order.
